Mechanized return type plating plant is suitable for plating a considerable number of components with a similar finish. The output of such plants is usually medium to large.

    The plating and transfer of all components is simultaneous. The plant has an indexed fixed cycle time except for long components which travel submerged within the tank. DC current is passed in the electrolytic process with the help of a copper strip provided on tanks & a copper current collector provided on each work-arm.
